The brief conversation was helpful in narrowing down key specifications, and Clarissa was knowledgeable and helpful in providing scenarios so I had a good idea on quality vs. cost that her company can provide. The back-and-forth with multiple stakeholders with our cross-country teams, event organizers, and the embassy side have been thoroughly and professionally managed by Clarissa throughout the interaction.
