There are no end of changes that have affected the event IT industry, and as an event technology and services company, we understand that event planners are under more pressure than ever to provide cost-effective, cutting edge, flexible solutions for both live and virtual audiences now and in 2021.

One World Rental will be discussing some of those solutions at Event Tech Live 2020 this week, 2nd-6th November Worldwide. For five days of virtual exhibition, this long-awaited event will be focusing on the evolution of technology in the events arena. As a global company who is part of this evolution, we are delighted to contribute to a speaker session and continue to be a Headline Sponsor of Event Tech Live.

Our Head of EMAE, Cecilia Lavin will be speaking on 4th Wednesday 13:00-13:30 on The Other Stage. With a range of experience both in sales and marketing, as current Head of Sales for One World Rental’s global technology and services company, and as President of ILEA she will be speaking on how to provide agile and bespoke technology solutions to deliver meaningful events. And that’s just the beginning.

Agile and bespoke event technology solutions.

Our mission at One World Rental is to eliminate the complexities of location, environment and technology; to deliver meaningful event solutions that inspire and captivate. That mission hasn’t changed in what has been an unexpected and unique 2020- in fact it’s more relevant than ever.

“The event landscape is evolving but our role will continue to be providing efficient, user friendly, and engaging ways to add to events in 2021.“

VR technology and Virtual Events consultancy.

We’ve been using VR for events, 360 degree meetings, trainings and within education for years, but with the impact of Covid-19 this technology has taken more of a centre stage and we’ve expanded both our inventory and our offerings to include a full range of VR experiences and project managers who specialise in VR consultancy.

When clients come to us, they don’t always initially understand how user-friendly and affordable VR rental technology can be. We can simplify the process, explain the pros and cons of different brands and equipment, and work to create virtual and hybrid experiences that are truly unique, streamlined to your business and offer noticeable improvement on your event ROI.

Beyond simply VR rental equipment we offer guidance on software, livestreaming, locations for recording, and event production. It speaks to our mission and it benefits the clients we’ve been working with for over a decade.

Adding value to your 2021 event planning decisions.

Looking for insight into crucial event planning decisions will help you to build your confidence, knowledge and arsenal of technology in a way that’s cost-effective, adaptive, and personalised to the needs of your clients? We can help.

At One World Rental, we’ve never believed in a one size fits all solution, whether it’s hardware, software, virtual consultancy, remote working IT, technical support, or Covid-safe event technology.
