I searched for reputable VR vendor for a milestone embassy event “Indonesia in SG” with 200+K unique visitors over 5 days this past April 2024. Very happy with the level of customer focus that your sales manager Clarissa Chew has graced us from the beginning of our interaction to the successful conclusion of the event.

Clarissa reached out within minutes of my submission of my general inquiry on the OneWorld’s CRM tool. The brief conversation was helpful in narrowing down key specifications, and Clarissa was knowledgeable and helpful in providing scenarios so I had a good idea on quality vs. cost that her company can provide. The back-and-forth with multiple stakeholders with our cross-country teams, event organizers, and the embassy side have been thoroughly and professionally managed by Clarissa throughout the interaction.

The event was complex with high stake and coordination, and I was glad that Clarissa and her crew from OneWorld was with me throughout the preparation, event, and conclusion. Definitely would work together again for future events.

We rented 16 Ipads for 1 week from One World Rental in Dubai. We were completely satisfied. The people that works here are very patient with us. We had to request them to 'change this and update that' and they did it all accordingly. Ms Ann and Sir Carlo were very accommodating when we were picking up the Ipads.
